Deadpool: You Must Play The Washington D.c. Level And Complete It.
Green Goblin: At The End Of The Wakanda: Act 3, You Will Be Facing The Green Goblin And Venom. You Need To Defeat Both Of Them.
Hulk: You Must Gather All Five Gamma Regulators.
Iron Fist: You Must Choose To Play On The Rebel Side.
Jean Grey: You Need To Gather All Give Mkraan Shards.
Luke Cage: If You Were Given The Option, Choose Anti-reg. Or Get Him Once Iron Man Grants Amnesty To Anti-reg.
Ms. Marvel: You Must Play The New York City Level And Complete It.
Nick Fury: You Will Unlock Him Once The Game Is Successfully Completed.
Penance: You Must Defeat Penance In The Portal Room To The Negative Zone.
Reed Richards: If You Were Given The Option, Choose Pro-reg. Or Get Him Once Iron Man Grants Amnesty To Anti-reg.
Songbird: You Must Choose To Play On The Register Side.
Thor: You Need To Gather All Give Asgardian Runes.
